SAN DIEGO — The San Diego County Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony paid tribute Wednesday to local officers who lost their lives in the line of duty over the past year. Held at the county’s memorial site, the event drew families, fellow officers and friends to honor the fallen and support those they left behind.
